How to make it last
Keep it on a draining dish rather than sitting in a puddle. A bar left in standing water dissolves in a fortnight, a bar that dries between uses lasts six weeks or more. This is the whole secret to bar soap and almost nobody does it.

Is it for face or body?
Body, primarily. Some people use it on their face and get on fine, but if facial cleansing is what you want, the tallow creams are the part of the range built for faces.
How long does one bar last?
Six weeks or so at daily use, considerably less if it sits wet.
Is the scent strong?
Medium. Noticeable in the shower, gone from your skin within the hour. It does not compete with perfume.
Will it dry my skin out?
It is a cleansing bar, so it cleans. Follow with a moisturizer if your skin runs dry. A tallow cream on damp skin straight after is a good pairing.
Is it vegan?
Vegetarian. Check the label for the full ingredient list if you avoid specific animal-derived ingredients.
Does it come wrapped for gifting?
It arrives in its own packaging, and at $14 it is the most-given thing we sell.
