Questions people actually ask

Can I take ashwagandha and triphala together?
Yes. Ayurvedic formulation has paired adaptogens with digestive herbs for centuries, and that pairing is what Sacred Balance is built on. Ashwagandha works on the stress side, triphala on the digestive side.

What is trikatu, and why is it in here?
Trikatu is the traditional Ayurvedic blend of black pepper, long pepper and ginger. Its job here is absorption. The piperine in black pepper is what allows the body to take up the curcumin in turmeric, which is poorly absorbed on its own.

Is this real triphala, or just amla?
Real triphala. All three fruits: amla, bibhitaki and haritaki, plus additional standalone amla fruit powder. Plenty of cheaper blends print the word triphala and deliver one fruit.

Should I take it in the morning or at night?
Morning, with food. It contains cordyceps and adaptogens that suit the front of the day rather than bedtime.

How long before I notice anything?
Three to four weeks of daily use is the honest answer. Anyone promising you three days is selling something other than Ayurveda.

Is it vegan?
Yes. Vegetable capsule, no animal-derived ingredients.

Can I take it alongside my other supplements?
